One of the interesting things about Sara's journey to entrepreneurship is that she worked for and did doctoral research on entrepreneurs before becoming one herself. Sara is an expert in the people and culture component of what makes organizations work well, so her knowledge is intimate and countless executives have shared insider knowledge with her. Plus, in 10 years of consulting, Sara has seen firsthand what works, doesn't work, and have helped many executives transform their cultures. 

 

Sara is now co-founder of an R & D venture with a 20,000+ people network globally. The element of her company that excites her the most is how inter-disciplinary they are. As you know, many firms have just one type of expertise, whereas her company is quite comprehensive, spanning tech, built environment, finance and VC, climate science, policy, and human-centered design.
